the location was decent for seeing the city i appreciated its central position
the beds were very solid and uncomfortable the bathroom door did not shut properly i found this quite inconvenient also there was loud music playing until 1am one night this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep

i found the front desk staff, stephanie, roberta, and megan, friendly and helpful. they offered recommendations for dining and travel. the rooms were clean and fresh (i especially liked the decor). the hotel's location near termini and the metro was very convenient.
the soundproofing wasn't great as i could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms.

the hotel is close to termini station. several points of interest are within walking distance. a metro station is also nearby (very useful for getting around!).

the reception staff were very knowledgeable and attentive. they provided amazing customer service, including travel recommendations. the staff arranged transportation from the port to the hotel for me.

it made accessing my room much easier. towels were changed frequently, and that was a nice touch.

the room was quite large. a mini fridge was available. the air conditioning worked well (which was essential!).
